With extensive experience and solid training, I present myself as a highly qualified and dedicated legal professional. I am a lawyer registered with the Brazilian Bar Association and the Portuguese Bar Association, with a bachelor's degree in Law from the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), where I had the honor of receiving the Academic Laureate award for academic merit, achieving first place.
My search for academic excellence took me to the University of Coimbra, where I was approved first in the Masters in Administrative Law. Furthermore, I have proficiency in the English language, certified at level C1, as well as fluency in French and Spanish, both at level B2.
Throughout my career, I have developed a wide range of skills and knowledge through various extracurricular activities and professional experiences. I was a monitor for the Oratory course at the University of Amazônia and actively participated in the Legal Academic League of Pará (LAJUPA), where I contributed as a member of the International Human Rights Law research group and the PROEX/UFPA extension group "Education for Democracy ".
My professional experiences include working at the General Attorney's Office of the Union, at Companhia Docas do Pará and at the Vasques&Marques office, in addition to being a Scientific Initiation Fellow (PIBIC) and a PIVIC researcher. My involvement in research projects covers relevant topics such as "Unconstitutional State of Affairs" and "Right to be forgotten".
Currently, I dedicate myself to research within the scope of the theme "Regulatory State: Public tenders as a regulatory and development instrument", as a master's researcher. As a lawyer specializing in Administrative Law and Public International Law, I continually seek to improve my knowledge and skills to offer the best service to my clients and contribute to the promotion of justice and the rule of law.
